Eric started in the boat business in 1964. Eric owned and operated a 300 boat marina with sales and services for 15 years, where he handled multiple new boat lines. Eric came to Florida in 1983.

Eric was employed for 10 years as Sales Manager for the largest Chris Craft and Trojan dealer Worldwide.

Eric is Senior Broker and has been with Peter Kehoe & associates since 1993.
