Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Bucks County Pennsylvania along the Delaware River, Joe started his boating career in New Jersey in the mid 70's.

Moving to South Florida in the late 70's he managed a sales service in and out marina. Going on to manage the sport boat division at Rodi Chris Craft /Blue Lagoon selling new Chris Craft, Wellcraft and Carvers. Eventually it was time to go out on his own and he started his own boat brokerage selling boats, large and small, new and used.

Joe now proudly hangs his license at the brokerage office of Peter Kehoe and Associates in Pompano Beach Florida, where he began selling boats twenty-five years ago.
